I had a comfy stay in a beautifully designed room, and it was great having refreshments readily available in the lobby. The hotel also offers a lovely sun terrace and inviting lounge spaces for relaxation. My only downside was struggling to find parking, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

The Sheraton was an excellent choice for my work trip. The spacious suite provided a comfortable living area, ideal for meetings and relaxing after a long day. I particularly appreciated the modern bathroom amenities that made my stay enjoyable. Had a pretty nice stay, staff were helpful and the room was clean and well laid out. The grocery store next door was a lifesaver for snacks and drinks.

Oh, the French pastries were to die for! I found myself popping into Royal Restaurant just down the street every morning for fresh delights. Plus, the spacious suites made it easy to unwind after a day of culinary exploration. The gym was on point too, allowing me to balance my indulgences with a solid workout.

However, we had a little hiccup with our room. We booked a double queen but ended up with a king—turns out it was a sofa bed situation instead. Not cool for a long trip and the front desk wasn't exactly helpful in resolving it.

The King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed was pretty spacious, which was great for hanging out with friends. The fridge was super cold, and the room was clean overall. I liked the automatic night light under the bed, super helpful when you need to get up at night. But it got pretty cold in there, even with the thermostat adjusting. Had to turn off the heat at night. Also, we found a dead cockroach in the morning. not a fun surprise at all.

Renovations are happening and the hotel seems a bit worn, but the gym is excellent and the staff are friendly. The elevators had issues, which made moving around frustrating.

Moreover, the distance from the main attractions on King Street required more walking than anticipated, which might be a drawback for some guests.

Despite the frustrations, the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the airport shuttle was so convenient! However, the room needed better upkeep, as it differed from the photos shown.
